3. Booking & Payment
When you make a booking through GoCruzy:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant supplier
- A booking is confirmed only after full or agreed deposit payment is received
- Payment may be processed by GoCruzy or directly by the travel supplier
- You are responsible for ensuring all traveler information provided is accurate
- Prices quoted are subject to change until payment is fully processed and confirmed

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel supplier and the type of booking made:
- Flights: Cancellation fees are set by the airline. Many discounted fares are non-refundable. Change fees may apply.
- Hotels: Cancellation policies vary by property. Free cancellation options are available on select bookings — confirm at time of booking.
- Cruises: Cruise line cancellation policies typically include a sliding scale of penalties based on how far in advance you cancel.
- Car Rentals: Most car rental reservations offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before pick-up. Confirm terms at booking.
GoCruzy's service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed. Refunds from travel suppliers, where applicable, are subject to their individual policies and timelines.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents, including:
- A valid passport (with sufficient validity — typically 6 months beyond travel dates)
- Visas, entry permits, and other required travel authorizations
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Any health or vaccination requirements imposed by your destination
GoCruzy is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from failure to obtain or maintain proper travel documentation.
6. Pricing & Availability
All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is fully confirmed and paid. Prices shown on our website are estimates and actual pricing will be provided by our agents based on current availability.
GoCruzy strives to offer the best available rates. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer you the correct price or a full refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
GoCruzy acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for:
- Acts, omissions, or defaults of any airline, hotel, cruise line, car rental company, or other supplier
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel
- Personal injury or illness during travel
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid to GoCruzy for the specific booking in question.
8. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings (date changes, name corrections, upgrades, etc.) must be requested through GoCruzy by calling +1-877-374-3303 or emailing booking@gocruzy.com. Change fees imposed by travel suppliers will be passed on to you, along with any applicable GoCruzy service fees for processing the change.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
